Mother's Day Ideas

Hello friends! How's your week going? Anyone else have major summer brain problems? I CANNOT wait until summer. It's so close! :)

Since Mother's Day is around the corner I created a few activities for my kids to do for their moms. First I had them draw a picture of themselves with their mom. I got cheap frames from the dollar store and I'm going to wrap them to send home with the kids on Friday.

I also had the kids write an acrostic poem about mothers to make into a card. We made one together that the kids could copy, but a few kids created their own. They are adorable!

Finally I had the kids fill out an All About My Mom book that I will wrap with the framed picture. They wrote all about what they like about their mom and why she is special. Just precious!

I put these activities on TpT as a freebie so go HERE to download your own copy!

This is really touching – to see kids love their moms. By the way, I’m looking for a great book as my late gift to my mom. I’ve been busy this past week and haven’t prepared for her. Hope you could help me. Thanks!
